SHRAVISTA provides creative and digital services including Graphic Design, Branding, Website Design & Development, SEO, SMO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, AI-Powered Creative Solutions, Artwork, Photo Editing, Printing, and related services.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon before the project begins.

2. Project Scope

Any work outside the agreed project scope may be treated as an additional service and may involve additional charges and timelines.

Changes to the approved scope, requirements, or deliverables may affect the final project cost and delivery date.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are based on the requirements available at the time of estimation. 
• Quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal. 
• Additional requirements may be quoted separately. 
• Applicable taxes, printing, shipping, third-party software, hosting, domain, advertising budgets, or other external costs may be charged separately where applicable. 

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• An advance payment may be required before project commencement. 
• Work may begin only after the agreed advance has been received. 
• Remaining payments must be cleared according to the agreed milestones. 
• Final files, source files, or project handover may be provided after full payment. 

5. Design Revisions & Approval

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the quotation or proposal.

Once a design or deliverable has been approved by the client, substantial changes or redesigns may be considered additional work and charged accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely:

• Content and text 
• Images, logos, and brand assets 
• Business information 
• Product/service details 
• Feedback and approvals 
• Access credentials where required 

SHRAVISTA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or unavailable third-party resources.

7. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be communicated before or during project commencement.

Delivery dates may change due to:

• Delayed client approvals 
• Changes in requirements 
• Additional revisions 
• Technical issues 
• Third-party dependencies 
• Unforeseen circumstances 

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables will be transferred according to the terms specified in the project agreement and after full payment.

Unless otherwise agreed, SHRAVISTA may retain ownership of preliminary concepts, rejected designs, working files, creative processes, templates, and proprietary resources.

9. Third-Party Resources

Projects may involve third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, hosting platforms, APIs, advertising platforms, or other services.

Third-party licensing fees and terms may apply separately. SHRAVISTA cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of third-party services.

10. SEO & Digital Marketing

SEO, SMO, advertising, and digital marketing results depend on various factors, including competition, algorithms, market conditions, advertising platforms, content quality, and client requirements.

SHRAVISTA does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

11. Website Services

For website projects, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving content, functionality, and information before launch.

Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, software licenses, payment gateways, and other third-party services may involve separate charges.

12. Artwork & Customized Products

For customized artwork, printing, framing, and personalized products:

• Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur. 
• Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where required by applicable law. 
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on production and shipping requirements. 

13. Confidentiality

SHRAVISTA will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of confidential business information, materials, and project information shared by the client.

Both parties are expected to protect confidential information received during the course of a project.

14. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions will depend on the nature and stage of the project.

Payments for work already completed, third-party purchases, customized production, or non-refundable services may not be refundable.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

15. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing, SHRAVISTA may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

16. Limitation of Liability

SHRAVISTA will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and within the agreed scope. However, SHRAVISTA shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party platform changes, hosting failures, algorithm updates, technical outages, or client-provided materials.

17. Communication & Approvals

Project communication and approvals should preferably be provided through the agreed official communication channel.

Client approvals provided through email, messaging platforms, or other agreed channels may be treated as valid project approvals.

18. Changes to Terms

SHRAVISTA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on the official website will apply to future services and projects.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction agreed between the parties or otherwise determined under applicable law.

20. Acceptance

By engaging SHRAVISTA or approving a quotation, proposal, invoice, or project commencement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
